Human management is both the most stimulating aspect and the most perilous in the entrepreneurial journey.
Why did you choose to become an insurance broker?
The broker searches for the best insurance solution among several partners. This way, the offered solution is more likely to match the initial request, leading to greater client satisfaction.
What is the most rewarding aspect of being a broker?
Providing sound advice and being thanked in return by clients.
What is the most unpleasant part of being a broker?
Providing responses to clients regarding malfunctions or shortcomings of insurers, even though this is rather rare.
What does a typical day look like?
Within the firm Bonne-Assurance.com, we advise and respond to our clients from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday mainly by phone. These tasks are carried out by our sales team. Meanwhile, a second team creates and updates content on our website.

A recent graduate can expect between €20,000 and €35,000 per year.
Is there a salary difference between someone with a BTS and someone with a bachelor’s degree?
You should refer to the existing salary grid within the collective agreement for insurance brokerage. This salary grid updates each year.
Do you have any advice for apprentices looking for a company for their training?
To demonstrate motivation, I would advise them to approach companies with unsolicited applications and hand them directly to the management. They can also use a free space on our website to publish their final internship projects. This can help showcase their profile and stand out from the competition.
